Aimee’s passion for movement began at a young age through playing a wide range of sports competitively, including basketball, volleyball, rugby, badminton, and track and field. This sparked a deeper interest in how the body moves and heals, leading her to complete a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology at the University of British Columbia. Before pursuing her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC, Aimee spent two years working as a rehabilitation assistant and coaching children in sport, gaining a better understanding of movement across the lifespan.
Aimee has worked closely with diverse populations and will support clients of all ages with a variety of injuries and conditions. She takes a comprehensive and collaborative approach, combining manual therapy, individualized exercise, and education to help clients better understand their bodies and move with confidence.
Outside the clinic, you can find Aimee playing volleyball, snowboarding, training at the gym, and working on her golf swing. She also loves trying new activities and discovering new restaurants and cafes around the city.
