Hi, I’m Sam, a Registered Massage Therapist based in Vancouver. I graduated with Honours from Vancouver Career College in 2025, and previously studied Physical Education in South Korea. My background has shaped a strong interest in human movement, recovery, and helping people return to the activities they enjoy.
As someone who has always enjoyed sports and an active lifestyle, I have also experienced the challenges of recovering from injuries and surgery. I understand that recovery is about more than relieving pain. It involves restoring confidence in movement, improving function, and supporting each person through their own recovery journey.
My approach to treatment is client-centered and assessment-driven. I believe every individual moves differently, so I take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and the factors contributing to your discomfort. Throughout treatment, I regularly check in on your symptoms and progress to ensure each session is tailored to your needs.
Using a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and movement-based care, I work with individuals experiencing postural tension, stress-related discomfort, sports injuries, and the everyday aches and pains of an active lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing soccer, traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
